- Submission: You have submitted your annual Return of Earnings (ROE).
- Payment: You have paid the assessed annual contributions.

Validity Period
The letter is typically valid for 12 months, provided you submit your ROE and pay the assessment fee annually.
Register as an Employer
Register with the Compensation Fund to get a Compensation Fund (CF) registration number.
Submit Return of Earnings (ROE)
Annually, submit a declaration of total employee salaries and wages paid.
Receive & Pay Assessment
The Fund issues a Notice of Assessment based on your industry's risk profile. You must pay this amount.
Generate Letter of Good Standing
Once payment reflects, the LOGS can be generated online via the Compensation Fund's portal.
